Michael holds degrees in economics and law, and has over 20 years of broad business experience working with private, publicly traded, government regulated, start-ups, higher education institutions, and Fortune 500 companies — in industries ranging from Energy to Healthcare.
Previously, Michael served as the first Director of Legal Compliance & Business Ethics at PacifiCorp (NYSE: PPW, $6B Annual Revenues); Founding entrepreneur-team member, PHI Synfuels ($400M+ exit on $35M invested) ; acting President of the start-up Fluid Analytics, LLC; Manager, Special Projects at Oregon Health & Science University; and as Interim Director of the non-profit Socrates Social Ventures at the The Aspen Institute.
Since 2006, Dr. Wiltbank has been a Partner with Montlake Capital, a growth stage venture investment firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Additionally, Rob is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management for the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University.
Rob’s background includes corporate finance and sales for Tektronix, strategic marketing for startup firms, and extensive experience consulting and performing due diligence for private equity investments. Rob has served on the board of directors for Veriwave Inc. as well as the Angel Capital Education Foundation.
Rob is co-author of the 2009 book The Catalyst from Crown Publishing, selected by Business Week as one of the top 10 books on innovation and leadership in 2009. He is also co-author of Effectual Entrepreneurship, from Routledge Publishing. Additionally, Dr. Wiltbank is a leading researcher in the field of angel investing, and has published research in top tier academic journals. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Business Venturing.
Rob holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Washington, and a degree in finance & accounting from Oregon State University.
Andrew has been a Principal at RCM since 2011, and also serves as the Revenue Capital Association, Conference Director (www.revenuecapitalassociation.org).
Prior to joining RCM Andrew was a leader of the Willamette MBA Angel fund; a program highlighted by Inc. magazine as one of the ten best entrepreneurship programs in the country. As part of his MBA focus on venture investing and entrepreneurship Andrew co-authored a paper examining revenue capital as an emerging industry, which was distributed at 2011 Angel Capital Association Summit. Andrew previously interned at Yaletown Venture Partners, in Vancouver British Columbia.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Jerry, founder and principal of the Immix Law Group, is a corporate and securities attorney who counsels private emerging and growth-stage companies on corporate, finance and securities issues. Jerry represents clients across a wide range of industries, and adds value as a strategic business partner to entrepreneurs due to his unique background. He is able to provide clients not only counseling on legal issues, but also advice from a business perspective.
In 2001, Jerry co-founded Keen Mobility, a company that develops, produces and distributes innovative, functional and attractive assistive medical devices intended to enhance mobility. Continuing as a board member and corporate officer of Keen Mobility today, he assists with business development and shareholder relations, while managing his law practice, and serving on ten boards in the Portland community.
